WHEN TO DRINK MORE WATER?


We knew water is important but we never knew about the special times to drink it. Did you???

Drinking water at the correct time maximizes its effectiveness on the Human Body.

Why?
  1. 2 Glasses of water after waking up helps activate internal organs
  2. 1 Glass of water 30 minutes before a meal help digestion
  3. 1 Glass of water before taking a bath helps lower blood pressure
  4. 1 Glass of water before going to bed avoids stroke or heart attack
ALWAYS REMEMBER!!!

ITS NOT TOO LATE IF WE WANT START SOME THING GOOD TO US..

WHAT ARE WE WAITING FOR???LETS DRINK MORE WATER!!!

  1. Ni laaa penyakit lieya yg dari dulu susah ubah iaitu rajin minum air masak huhuhu.... Rase nak termuntah kalo minum air masak... Hadoilaaa... Air manis gak di cari....
