Surprised Delivery Choc Bouquet for Dania..

Hi korang...
Dari semalam SA pakat ngan Lisa adik SA iaitu Mak Yang Dania. Pakat nak hantar surprise delivery kat dia for her birthday today. Selalunya birthday dia SA memang ambil cuti and spend time..memandangkan tahun ni birthday dia jatuh hari sekolah dan hari Jumaat makanya SA memang takde la plan nak amik cuti atau sebaliknya. So mama dia ni plan la dengan Mak Yang hantar delivery choc bouquet kat rumah. Plan asalnya nak hantar kat sekolah. tapi macam tak proper plak..kalau hantar kat sekolah mesti lagi meriah kan ngan kawan- kawan dia sekali...tapi tu la...takut tak dibenarkan plak...So plan berjalan lancar tapi terkantoi awal...kantaoi sebab mama call suruh dia amikkan barang mama masa balik sekolah ada orang akan hantar dan akan call dia..siap pesan jangan tukar baju sekolah or bukak tudung. Kat situ dia dah suspect something fishy.Mama cakap J&T akan call dulu sebelum datang...hahahaha...knowing si anak dara bertuah ni dia bleh siasat mendalam sampai confident cakap mana ada J&T akan call, biasa dia sampai je depan rumah and terus hon kuat2...So..kantoi la...lagi satu yang deliver surprise tu perempuan yang call and cakap ada delivery untuk Dania...terus kantoiiiiii.....

Ni gambar dari surprise delivery service...huhu...

Muka happy dapat surprised dari mama

She love it katanya...alhamdulillah...

Video ni dia macam terkejut dan tak jangka..pas tu malu...hahaha..

Bila tengok video tu dia macam tak excited pun...ye la penat baru balik sekolah kan...sabar jer la anak...ingat dia teruja betul dapat surprised dari mama...bila tanya kakak suka tak..dia kata i love it..thank you mama...Dania ni sejenis handphone memang tak on whatsaap..kadang- kadang kalau nak contact dia memang kena direct call atuk atau uwan dia..ikut mood dia nak on handphone...

Dah settle surprised tu...now SA tgh fikir nak cari hadiah untuk dia pula..tanya dia nak hadiah apa..dia kata eh yang mama hantar ni bukan hadiah eh...laaaaa anak....takkan la hadiah choc je kan...aduhaiii.....apapun yang penting dia happy...at least dia tak rasa terpinggir la time birthday dia kan....

Kakak Dania mama sayang awak ketat2.....

Happy Birthday Apple Of My Eyes

HAPPY 16th BIRTHDAY
Ainnul Dania Huda

There were times when I thought I would never get over the struggle of raising a teenage daughter, but luckily we both survived! The moments of angst were worth it though, because you are the best thing that has ever happened to me.

May you forever sparkle and shine like the star that you are.

Happy birthday my princess!

Mama loves you till my last breath 😘😘😘

Dealova....Menambat Hati....

Dah lama tak dengar lagu ni..dan tak ingat tahun bila lagu ni famous kat Malaysia. Terbuai- buai hati ni bila dengar dan hayati lirik- liriknya...indah betul setiap baris lirik...sangat- sangat menyentuh hati...eh...kakak jatuh cinta ke? hepp....no speculation please...suka sangat dengar lagu ni....dah selamat download kat hp..bila- bila bleh dengar kan....

DEALOVA....

Tanpamu sepinya waktu merantai hati

Oh, bayangmu seakan-akan

Kau seperti nyanyian dalam hatiku

Yang memanggil rinduku padamu

Seperti udara yang kuhela kau selalu ada

O-o-o-o-oh ...

Hanya dirimu yang bisa membuatku tenang

Tanpa dirimu aku merasa hilang

Dan sepi

Kau seperti nyanyian dalam hatiku

Yang memanggil rinduku padamu

Seperti udara yang kuhela kau selalu ada

Kau seperti nyanyian dalam hatiku

Yang memanggil rinduku padamu

Seperti udara yang kuhela kau selalu ada

Sinopsis Imamku Lelaki Pendosa...

Hi korang...

Selamat berhujung minggu...hari ninSA nak share ngan korang SA beli novel baru kary penulis favourite SA iaitu kak Umie Nadzimah.Kalau novel kak UN ni memang tak pernah tak best..best sentiasa...SA masa tengok novel ni dan baca sinopsis kat MPH hari tu memang rasa best sangat citer dia. Watak Cahaya Malaika tu meresap ke dalam jiwa dan terus rasa nak baca je...memang tanpa lengah SA beli dan terus pi baca sambil lepak kat Starbuck....

Jom baca sinopsis...

Nak cepat pula tu langsungnya. Malah majlis besar-besaran sudah dirancang Datin Junaidah.

“You ni serius ke Dean dengan rancangan orang tua you? Atau kerana terpaksa saja?” - ANGGUN

“Syurga anak lelaki kan di bawah telapak kaki seorang ibu.” - DEAN ILYAS

Tapi bahagiakah Cahaya bersuamikan Dean?

“Kita jangan berpisah boleh tak? Saya sangat selesa kawan dengan awak. Baik, memahami, tak pandang jijik pada saya... Awak ikhlas.” – DEAN ILYAS

Bila Dean merayu supaya jangan tinggalkannya, maka Cahaya Malaika letakkan syarat. Dia mahu Dean mencintainya sebagai seorang isteri sepenuh hari kerana Allah, bukan kerana insan yang tak sepatutnya.

Tapi, bagaimana dengan Dean? Apakah syarat Cahaya Malaika?

The Prospects Of Sustainability Through Brand Localisation Explored In Taiwan x Malaysia Business Matching Session

Major Influencers Of Visual Design And Branding From The Taiwan Design Circle Joined A Live Webinar To Share Their Thoughts

Last month, Taiwan Design Research Institute (TDRI) was honoured to play host to the Taiwan x Malaysia Business Matching Session – a continued effort by TDRI to bridge the communication gap between businesses and design. Held online this time around, the business matching gathered applications from all across the country, reaching a wider audience through social media despite the pandemic setbacks.

TDRI is the only design-based organisation in Taiwan promoting and exporting Taiwanese design services to other countries, and has already worked with several companies from Japan, Thailand, Vietnam, and Malaysia. Through a business matching platform, TDRI helps business owners and manufacturers to expedite the design and development phase of their project and make it a reality by the year end.

This year also marks the second time TDRI has initiated the Taiwan x Malaysia Business Cooperation in collaboration with Malaysia’s homegrown and award-winning design agency, Tsubaki Studio. Along with major influencers of visual design and branding from the Taiwan design circle, the Taiwan x Malaysia Business Matching Session brought together some of the best design companies: Dot Design, Kimu Design, team CIRCORE, Ideoso Design, Bilateral Design, Summer Design, Holycow Design, IPRINT Design, and IS Design Brand Consultancy.

Prior to the business matching session, a webinar series with fellow design companies was streamed live on Facebook on July 22 and 23, 2020 and boasted a positive reception of close to 5,800 views, with Facebook users comprising graphic designers, brand consultants, digital artists, design students, and those from business communities. All 3 episodes were well-received by the enthusiastic audience.

First to grace the webinar was TDRI’s President Chang Chi-Yi, who in his opening speech mentioned that design plays an important role in increasing value for businesses. As he noted, the business cooperation between Taiwan and Malaysia with a focus on design is a plausible idea that can contribute to the local economy as well as cultural growth.

Chang Chi-Yi, President of Taiwan Design Research Institute (TDRI)

“This year, Covid-19 seems like a threat to the world but for us, we see it as an opportunity. With design, we hope we can grow our economy and compete better,” he noted during the first episode of the webinar. “We hope our collaboration with Malaysia can bring more opportunities to everyone.”

The big line-up of speakers included Lance Han, director of Dot Design; Link Lin, founder of team CIRCORE; Ryan Han, director of Holycow Design; Lin Ken-Yu, executive director of IS Design Brand Consultancy; Kelly Lin, founder of Kimu Design; Joy Chu Hsiang-Yi creative director of Ideoso Design; Eric Wang, industrial designer of Summer Design; KF Lim, founder of  Bilateral Design; and IPRINT Design’s creative director Jone Chen Yu-Chung and market strategy manager Daniel Chen Yu-Hung.

Each speaker also gave a brief presentation about their portfolio and shared examples of successful local Taiwanese brands in the market and why branding plays an important role in any business. It was in hopes that by sharing their honest views on the application of brand localisation in businesses, those looking to brand or re-brand their businesses in a new environment post-Covid-19 would see the Taiwan x Malaysia Business Matching Session as an opportunity whereby a subsidy of 60% is being offered by TDRI to successfully-matched projects.

A total of 16 candidates were selected from the application process. It attracted people from various industries including food and beverage, fast-moving consumer goods, furniture manufacturing, quantum acoustics, printing, retail, wholesale, and services.

Taiwan x Malaysia Business Matching Session – a continued effort by TDRI to bridge the communication gap between businesses and design was held online this time around

To be eligible for the subsidy, one needed to submit an online application form and have an initial 30-minute meeting with the design companies that had been handpicked for them based on their budget needs and project requirements, after which the business proposals would be reviewed by TDRI. The services on offer include branding, corporate identity design, product design, packaging design, visual design, and web design.

Webinar Highlights

Here are some interesting quotes from the speakers:

Lance Han, director of Dot Design:
“Clients have the knowledge and experience with regards to their industry more than we (designers) do. Therefore, it is important for us to learn from them and be inspired by their experience. In return, we show them what the future may look like for their brand and inspire them.”

Link Lin, founder of team CIRCORE:
“Many companies are afraid when it comes to a rebranding exercise. There will be a period of time when they are unable to see the results of their investment. However, one of our clients were able to grow their business within a year after the rebrand. I think what’s important is how long a business can survive and how far it can grow with its current brand image.”

Ryan Han, director of Holycow Design:
“From January to May 2020, when the pandemic was a serious matter, our business actually grew because our clients had taken this time and opportunity to rethink about their businesses and saw their revenue increase during these few months. Somehow for us, we were able to grasp the silver lining of the pandemic and bring an unexpected positive outcome for our clients.

Lin Ken-Yu, executive director of IS Design Brand Consultancy:
“Sometimes, when our design is too outrageous we might compromise to match the market needs and the client’s budget.”

Joy Chu Hsiang-Yi, creative director of Ideoso Design:
“I think it is the people of Taiwan that makes us unique. We are a very people-oriented community. I think that makes us empathetic in our design and our designers have less limitations culturally due to our openness. This allows many of our local talents to grow. We have the diversity which is very healthy for design development.”

Kelly Lin, founder of Kimu Design:
“International brands from Italy and Holland discovered us through our signature products. I think the exposure comes from what we can do as a designer and also luck.”

Eric Wang, industrial designer of Summer Design:
“For us, the pandemic affected our business quite heavily. Many of our clients are from overseas and the pandemic had stopped many of their operations. To survive this, I believe companies should develop more new and innovative products to compete in the future.”

KF Lim, founder of Bilateral Design:
“I find that during this pandemic many of my friends and clients realised that branding is important.”

Jone Chen Yu-Chung, creative director of IPRINT Design:
“Branding is very important; it is a sign of trust for consumers. If a brand is weak, consumers will have less confidence in the company because branding can influence the profitability of a company.”

About Taiwan Design Research Institute (TDRI)

Design is taking the world by storm. It plays an increasingly important role in the economy, culture, and society of a country. Meanwhile, more and more industries are treating design as a core competitive advantage. With this in mind, the government is establishing the “Taiwan Design Research Institute” (TDRI) in 2020. The aim of this project is to capitalise on Taiwan’s strengths in design to drive industrial development and the overall economic growth. The TDRI plans to consolidate public resources from a wide range of government agencies with “the power of design,” promoting design as a central governance value and as a national defense strategy. The Institute is expected to guide the sustainable development of industries and society, which should in turn improve the living quality of the general public. It can assist the government in making national design policy and increasing governance efficiency. In addition, through an integrated interdisciplinary approach, the Institute will introduce design-based thinking into government administration, drive talent cultivation in the private sector, and build businesses that lead the design industry.

JA Assure Tawar ‘Doctor Shield’ Kepada Profesional Perubatan Anggota Hospital APHM

Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia donates 10 laptops, 10 CPU s and household items to 5 NGOs

Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd. (TMLM) continues to uphold one of the company's guiding principles to 'Look Beyond Profit when they donated some of the company’s repurposed laptops and CPUs, together with some urgently needed household items to several charitable organisations in Malaysia recently.

The company donated a total of 10 used laptops and 10 used CPUs which paired with 10 new monitors, together with RM5,000 worth of household items to Good Shepherd Service, GT Community Centre, Suriana Welfare Society Malaysia, Ti-Ratana Welfare Society Malaysia, and Yayasan Sunbeams Homes.

Mr. Yoshiaki Okabe (second from the left), Deputy Chief Executive Officer of Tokio Marine Life Insurance Malaysia Bhd. hands over donated items to Rev. Hemaloka (second from the right), Assistant to Founder of Ti-Ratana Welfare Society.

While these NGOs run different types of programmes - for example GT Community Centre operates a food bank and a free tuition centre for children, while Good Shepherd operates an interim shelter for women experiencing gender violence and hostels for school children, all of the homes focus on helping the needy.

Being non-governmental and non-profit organisations, these NGOs need support for the programmes they run, which include technological devices especially for children to learn and to equip themselves with increasingly necessary IT skills.

The need for such devices grew more urgent after the COVID-19 pandemic outbreak, as schools were closed and children were forced to learn from home. Now, even as schools have reopened, the emphasis on online learning has grown exponentially.

"Our aim is to provide devices to children from the NGOs to attend online courses, women from these homes to continue finding an income and to help those affected by COVID-19. TMLM itself is on a pursuit to go paperless by end-2020. This donation extends this digitalisation initiative beyond our internal practices, and encourages the beneficiary homes to stay up to date with technology," said TMLM Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Yoshiaki Okabe.

"Besides the laptops and desktops, some urgently needed items were simple household items such as dry food, face masks and sanitisers, to home appliances such as ceiling fans and wall fans. We were happy to be able to lend a little bit of helping hand in fulfilling their wish list," Okabe added.

Repurposing the laptops and CPUs for the use of these NGOs also gave these devices new life and saved them from going into landfills - an environmentally-friendly choice all around, and in line with TMLM's principle of respecting and preserving the environment. The company also installed necessary softwares to get the devices up and running upon the homes receiving them.

Good Shepherd received two ceiling fans and one wall fan worth RM1,000 for their Community Service Centre in Ipoh, along with four used laptops for their staff. Other than their residential-based programmes, Good Shepherd also has an extensive community-based programme to advocate reducing poverty and shelter victims of gender-based violence.

"We are very appreciative of this kind gesture of TMLM as it will enable a more comfortable environment for the children who drop-in at the Centre after school to seek learning support.  The laptops will also facilitate the operations of our team members involved in outreach work as they are constantly on the move," said, Chin Poh Choo, the Executive Director of Good Shepherd Services.

GT Community Centre is another beneficiary home that received four used CPUs  to be used by the children at its Free Tuition Centre, together with household items worth RM1,000, TMLM's generosity is a "meaningful gesture" to this target group - the poor community around Klang and Kapar that we are trying to help, said its spokesperson, Mr. Roy Tan.

"Without the proper devices, it is very hard for us to be able to help these children keep up with technology. So thoughtful contributions like this mean a lot to us," Roy added.

Suriana Welfare Society Malaysia, which runs a centre at Desa Mentari with 51 children aged 6-13. More than 60% of families at Desa Mentari do not have a computer at home for their children to conduct online schooling. During the Movement Control Order (MCO), these children missed out on their education. The two used laptops and two used CPUs with new monitors they received from TMLM is a great help for the NGO that is trying to help the children learn IT as part of their skills set.

"IT and digitalisation are an integral part of life now. To help the children keep up, we need to equip them with the IT know-how. Donations like this are timely and much needed, and we thank TMLM for thinking of us," said its spokesperson, Rachel Ho. Suriana Welfare Society Malaysia also received household items worth RM1,000 from TMLM which to be distributed to 21 underprivileged families at Desa Mentari.

As for Ti-Ratana Welfare Society Malaysia and Yayasan Sunbeams Home, both of which run homes for children, they each got two used laptops, two used CPUs and new monitors, together with household items worth RM1, 000.

"These laptops and desktops are very necessary for our children to attend online courses. We draw tremendous comfort from the contributions and support given by the community and companies like TMLM," said Ti-Ratana Welfare Society, Malaysia Founder, The Most Venerable Datuk K. Sri Dhammaratana.

"The pandemic has really brought home the fact that we are living in such unprecedented times. We truly cannot keep on doing what we do. We think of those less fortunate, and we are thankful that there are companies like TMLM who are like-minded. We hope our journey ahead will continue to be supported by people like them," said Ps. Victor Maniam, General Manager of Yayasan Sunbeams Home.

Trip Backpackers Ke Melaka Dengan Dania Part 1

Hi korang...

Plan backpackers dengan Dania ni dah lama dah...ikutkan nak pi Haatyai backpackers gak sebelum March this year tapi tarikh nak pergi tu MCO plak...so tak jadi pergi...then baru ni dapat berjalan dengan Dania...sebabkan seronok sangat sampai ada insiden kelakar berlaku masa hari nak pergi tu...SA dan Dania bersiap seawal pagi dan Pak Zain akan hantar ke Terminal bas macam biasa..pukul 7.45 SA dan Dania dah ada kat Terminal. Dah beli tiket bas apa segala, SA ajak Dania sarapan dulu memandangkan kami belum sempat sarapan. Then dah ambil bag duit segala..SA gerak ke Terminal. Jam masa tu pukul 8.45am tepat!!!pergh....sabar jer la....Bila ingatkan memang kelakar la....nasib dalam Malaysia. Kalau luar Malaysia? matilanak......

Apapun perjalanan kami smooth sangat masa tu....gerak dari Terminal One Seremban ke Melaka Sentral dan perjalanan hanya mengambil masa 1 jam 20 minit je...Dania paling seronok...tapi as usual dalam bas bila dah kena aircond memang dia akan lelap. Tak sampai  minit dia dah belayar dah...SA plak ambil peluang baca novel.

Memulakan perjalanan

Tak sampai 5 minit dia dah lelap

Yeay sampai Melaka Sentral

Lepak kat Mahkota Parade dan Dataran Pahlawan sementara tunggu waktu check in hotel

Rasa macam kat oversea plak

Mama pun nak jugak

Melaka ni panas berdenting..lepas tu negeri yang hari- hari jammed dan mendapat tumpuan dari pelancong dalam negeri..siyes masa SA pi ni memang panas giler...masa ni decided nak pi makan kat Black Canyon Dataran Pahlawan...SA suka makan chicken grilled dia sebab dapat mushroom soup free...mushroom soup dia best namati...memang semangkuk tak cukup...

Teringin nak minum coffee ice dia tu tapi macam tak berani plak..dah la kat tempat orang kan...

Selfie jap sebelum makan...masa ni mama memang lapar giler

Membaca dulu sebelum makanan sampai

Fried glass noodle for Dania

Chicken Grill for mama..

Dapat free mushroom soup share ngan Dania

add on plak chicken wing Teriyaki....jenuh ngabiskan

Ice lemon tea sedap for mama

Iced tea for Dania

See ya...
